She is a sport and exercise scientist with 3 published articles. Her awakening began when she realized there was magic waiting for her from outside of the lab and closer to the people who were seeking change. Her incentive is to help people find their passion so that they can turn it into purpose. In order to get there it all begins when you have a healthy mind and body .
